Thank you for visiting my website! My name is Annie Russell and I create with colors and words, baubles and spices, poetry, and paint. 

As a visual artist, I render in color what I physically see and what I feel energetically. 

As a Chef, I use herbs and spices, scents, colors, and decadent ingredients to evoke feelings of warmth, health, and joy for those who indulge in my creations. 

As an author, I weave together words to bring to you the sights, scents, colors, and feelings of the locals and people that dance through my dreams and walk beside me while I travel the shores of Lake Michigan and the cobbled streets of New Orleans.
